I have a decent clue to know that Favre would have had better decision making in the red zone and wouldn't have had 4-5 terrible audible calls that Rodgers admitted having against the Titans.

Issue today was the O-line took most of the day off. Clifton needs to be replaced sooner than later, he was showing slippage last year and is getting worse.

Favre has been very average at best this year, but the Jets have played any easy schedule so the team record is good. Bengals,Chiefs,Bills, Raiders and Rams over the the last 5 weeks. Not a ton of competition on that schedule and their loss was to the lowly Raiders, but have struggled in most of the games. Packers are playing a tougher schedule than last year so going 13-3 even with Prince Favre would have been near impossible.

This TEAM is better now and in the future for the Packer brass willing to move on from what some fair weather fans wanted. Most of the Favre backers have become Packer fans in the last ten years and most likely could not name 10 players on the current roster.

Exactly...teams are coming in with different game plans than they did when Favre was the QB. Also, Rodgers and McCarthy admitted his decision making was poor last week against the Titans including in the redzone. The Packers probably would have won that game too if Favre was the QB.

Favre is playing in a different system and with all new players. Yes, he has struggled at times, but he has still made the Jets offense as a whole look much, much better. It is impossible to deny that. Rodgers have played well, for the most part, this year. The Packers being 4-5 is not his fault.

He has played bad...bad...bad.

Call me when the Jets play the Titans rather than the Chiefs, Bengals, Rams, and Raiders.

Every team in the Jets division is over .500, and they are 2-1 against those teams. Also, while the Jets had gimmes over the Chiefs, Bengals and Rams, the Packers had gimmes over the Lions and Seahawks.

so...the are 2-1...yippee...and you named 2 gimmees for gb and 3 for the jets...really 4 with oakland...but they lost that one.

Rodgers did not look fantastic week 1 in a close game against the Vikes, and he certainly did not look good today, either. His best games have come against those gimme d's, so he doesn't deserve praise beyond the fact that starting him means the Pack gets a shot at a premo Jets pick if Favre leads the Jets to the playoffs. He got a lot of yards last week against the titans, but I guess that's irrelevent because he didn't cap it off with enough offense to win on the last drive when he had the ball. I guess that's kind of similar to what happened today, except worse.
