Not unless you landed on it with your legs completely straight. JJ Watt can jump onto a 61" box but only had a 37" vertical jump at the combine.  So 24" of his box jump is pulling his legs up, nothing to do with his actual vertical leap.

Vertical leap, reach as high as you possibly can on a wall while flat footed and mark the spot. Then jump and touch as high as you can. Measure the difference between the two.
