Based on his rankings it looks like he'd pick Pollard over Manning.FWIW, Bloom has Manning ranked the lowest (Overall IDP ranking) out of the 5 staffers doing IDP rankings. Using the avg. ranking Pollard is ranked 18 and Manning is 19.
