I have to disagree. In fact AI would make better judges. No bias. You could even build an algorithm for extenuating circumstances.

And really although it may take a while I have yet to see anything mentioned other than maybe author that AI won't be able to do eventually. Heck even that's likely a matter of time. Robot writers and composers are not hard to imagine.

Those biases are going to be hard to build in. A machine.doesn't see a black guy it sees a human.
