Anyone remember the name of the website that JB always pimps for tracking calories? I sent him a PM but who knows how many of those he gets per day.
Yep, JB answered my PM.Not looking forward to Saturday.the site is myfitnesspal.comI did max interval circuit yesterday and found it very tough, not unbearable, but tough. This morning I did max interval plyo after 2 hours of sleep and it was ugly. I have a weak upper body and the pushups destroyed me. Hello level 3 drills, GTFO and do not come back!

I yell it with him every single time.COME ON Y'ALL, LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!11!!1!Does anyone have an idea what Shawn T. yells in the preview clip before each workout? It sounds like he's shouting "SCALE." The Mrs. thinks he's saying "LET'S GO." No way is he saying 2 words. I know it's silly but we can't agree and we love bustin' each other. She told me to bring to the FFA.
It's very clearly "Let's go." Sorry, GB.Does anyone have an idea what Shawn T. yells in the preview clip before each workout? It sounds like he's shouting "SCALE." Day 32 of 63 complete. Officially over halfway done! So, what's up with the Lil' Wayne looking guy during the recovery week videos? Dude takes like 5 breaks during some of the easy portions like Heismans, etc. Are his Darren McFadden twig legs just that weak?
I wondered the same thing. Also really enjoy the close-ups of Ariel's bellybutton piercing.Damn, there's no way I can make that out. Thanks offdee.I yell it with him every single time.COME ON Y'ALL, LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!11!!1!Does anyone have an idea what Shawn T. yells in the preview clip before each workout? Man, not to me but majority rules on this one. Thanks Badger. Good luck the rest of the way. It's very clearly "Let's go." No idea. What week are you in?I'm finishing up week 5 which ends with Core Cardio & Balance. Week 6 starts with the Fit Test/Max Interval Circuit.Core Cardio & Balance is only used for the 6 days of the recovery week on my schedule.are most of you doing the deluxe or regular edition? i noticed today the regular calendar would have me doing core cardio & balance where the deluxe is max interval sports training. also insane abs instead of cardio abs. did insane abs yesterday, hard as ####.
no clue, but calorieking.com is pretty awesome.Anyone remember the name of the website that JB always pimps for tracking calories? I sent him a PM but who knows how many of those he gets per day.

Recovery week video is about 45 mins long. Actually the Recovery video I've needed more floor space than the first month of videos. It utilizes some back and forth run and jump stuff.Don't be fooled by the name, it's not just stretching and yoga....it's a pretty decent workout that works up a sweat (just not as much as the month 1 videos)Might extend the first month a little and do Recovery Week on vacation. How long are those videos? Are the stretches, ect. mostly stationary? (room will be the issue unless we exercise outdoors).
well, that blows. How about the first few Max workouts?Recovery week video is about 45 mins long. Actually the Recovery video I've needed more floor space than the first month of videos. No idea. Today is my last day of Recovery week. Start month 2 stuff on Saturday.well, that blows. How about the first few Max workouts?Recovery week video is about 45 mins long. The Core Cardio & Balance video is a little over 37 minutes long. The first max workout is like 59 minutes. Pretty sure most of those are that long.Recovery week video is about 45 mins long. Looked it up. I have the Deluxe - as do most in this thread. No idea. What week are you in?I'm finishing up week 5 which ends with Core Cardio & Balance. I'm 14 days from having to do that workout.thanks i figured that was the case. read a review of max interval sports training, sounds interesting.
Did the sports training last night - overall not too bad. Runs about an hour - you do a different kind of warmup (mostly jump rope type moves) and then go right into the workout with no stretch. You then move through the different sports - boxing, football, basketball, gymnastics, and track. Each sport has 4-5 moves that generally run 1min a piece (you repeat some). There are also more breaks than typical but there are a few moves that are pretty difficult (esp in the gymnastics portion, atleast for me). At the end its the usual 4min or so cool down/stretch. I'd say its definately better than the Core Cardio and Balance in the "regular" version.I'm 14 days from having to do that workout.thanks i figured that was the case. read a review of max interval sports training, sounds interesting.
I could have done without the 400 contract relaxes that you quickly run through. The plank work was alot harder than I anticipated for a recovery day.max recovery is pretty crappy.the plank work was tough though!
I skipped the day off and did the Fit Test today to break it up.Improved in most but basically stayed the same for Switch Kicks & Power Jacks. I think I was too focused on form. Definitely could have gone a little faster on those.Starting with Max Interval Circuit tomorrow morning.Recovery week officially completed. Day off tomorrow. I'll see you all in hell on Saturday.

It wasn't easy. Nothing like being completely gassed and then hitting play on another 60min. video. I dug deep though and made it through.Really glad I did the Fit Test on the off day rather than doubling up. Can't imagine doing both the same day. INSANITY I tell you!
um, I think it's probably more likely that he's banging Arthur than Ariel...And btw, Shaun T. is bangin' Ariel off-camera. Always going to her and feelin' on the abs. (Don't you get soft on me Ariel!!)
How can it not? 48 high intensity cardio workouts in a 63 day period...pretty much guaranteed to see results in some form.Does this thing really work?
Ugh. Getting ready to start now. Was sad to see 55 minutes when I started the DVD.Day 37 of 63 down! (Max Interval Plyo)My quads/hamstrings and shoulders were feelin' it this morning after yesterdays debacle. Fought through it. Push up stuff was killin' me at the end...my arms were just done.
I have no idea, but assume at this point all of the videos are around an hour a piece.Ugh. Getting ready to start now. Was sad to see 55 minutes when I started the DVD.Day 37 of 63 down! Just finished and that effing sucked. I have a new least favorite workout. I was also totally burnt by the time I got to the balancing push ups. I think I did 4 or 5 really bad reps and that was it.
Just do the best you can and take breaks when you need to.Almost finished the recovery week. My question about the 2nd set of DVDs is that if the people working out with Sean T can't finish the 40 minute videos, do they all become super fit for the next set? I can't finish the 1 set of DVDs, so what's the point of tacking on 15 minutes? Is it just so you continue to start/stop for longer?
I guess the point is that you push yourself by resting then getting back in more often since the workout is longer. Is Sean T able to finish or does he do a lot of walking around? How about the rest of group?Just do the best you can and take breaks when you need to.Almost finished the recovery week. He's definitely sucking wind at times. And that's in addition to the walking around that he does.I guess the point is that you push yourself by resting then getting back in more often since the workout is longer.
