Didn't workout this morning. I was going to the doctor for some blood tests, so I had to fast since last night. I figured that since day 5 was so intense, no food plus that workout would be a bad thing. I plan on doing it tonight. Unfortunately, by the time I got out of the doctor I was so ravinous in a moment of weakness I stopped at a fast food place for breakfast. Beating myself up over that now.
Also had a difficult time this morning --
was hung over and then evacuated from our building for a fire in one of the apartments -- by the time we got back in, I had to ship off to work. It's beautiful here in NYC and I have a sneaking suspicion someone somewhere will be trying to drag me out for happy hour, but I'm gonna try like heck to get home and do this Day 5 tonight. Worst case scenario I will push it off to tomorrow, but I'm hoping to stay on track here.
That easy day yesterday was huge, because I actually woke up today feeling not too sore for the first time (my tris are actually more sore than anything ... weird).
