Is anyone considering benching SA tonight? (1 Viewer)

I know this sounds ridiculous but looking at all of these reports for rain and 50 mph winds, I wonder about any of these players tonight. I am fortunate enough to also have W. Parker, T. Bell, Addai, and C. Taylor. I don't know about his one. Who is thinking about sitting him due to the weather?

If I recall, their game against GB was in pretty incremental weather and he ran for 200 yds. I would think that bad weather is good news for rbs.....

SA is about the only one I would NOT bench if I have other options with the bad weather expected tonight. I would consider Hass depending on my other options, and perhaps the TE's since they could rely more on the short passing game tonight. With the winds being 70+ mph I would certainly not be starting either of the kickers in this one..

You would bench Gore?

No way. He's from Miami. If there's anyone that knows about being in hurricane-like winds, it's Frank the Tank. The players from that area are all used to rain and wind.

No.. I would not bench Gore... The thread was originally talking about Seattle... I would start the RBs and TE's...

In this weather here rain and windy galore..SA will be great!

The weather could hurt SA -- he won't be scoring TDs if the offense can't move the ball. But even as a worse case you reduce expectations and start him anyways. Don't overthink this.

The SA owner missed the playoffs and/or semi-finals in all but 2 of my 10 leagues. The 2 that made it to the final 4 are both owned by myself. Thanks mostly to schedule luck.

Did the SA owner in your league even make the playoffs? Not in mine. :ptts:
ditto, i made it in 1 of my 2 leagues and both could have gone either way based on some lucky (unlucky) late season schedules.as for tonight, i flirted with the idea since i have MJD on my bench. But, i think SA will have no choice but to get 110 and a TD tonight seeing as how he's gonna run it 45 times.

I am trying to decide between SA & Gore myself (I am stubbornly gonna stick w/ Westbrook). For now, I have SA in, but only b/c the game is in Seattle... I know, that really isn't a reason.
