Is Donald Driver in for a decline in numbers? (1 Viewer)

Driver has to be the most undervalued WR in NFL. He has constantly been putting up top 10 numbers. Now Favre is looking the best he has in about 5 years.

What concerns me is that Driver hasnt had much competion for balls over the past 2-3 years. Now you have Jennings, James Jones both looking very good. Bubba franks is playing better. Donald Lee is a much better TE than Martin was.

I think what I am really getting at is that although Favre is looking great, does that fact that there are now more weapons on the field mean it is likely his numbers go down?

No. If anything it may help his numbers as it would mean he'd be facing less attention from the defense.

The way this offense is shaping up, there's plenty to go around.

He may have to share a bit more, but Favre still seems to go to Driver quite a bit. Add to the fact that they lost their running game when Ahman left, there is a lot of throwing to be done.
