I know there is an increased emphasis on cleaning up player conduct and steriods and whatnot, but I don't recall so many suspensions or news story on player getting in trouble with the law. That with the whole retired players issues that are being aired out in public are really making the NFL look bad. Now announcers are even being arrested? Come on!

Does anyone have a list of all the players currently suspended, I can't keep up any more!

We could start a list in this thread, I will go first...

1. Pacman Jones suspened for the year

My understanding is that Roger Goodell has made it one of his top priorities to clean up the image of the NFL. It seems he's pretty serious about enforcing the rules.

This is what I thought of when I read the thread title. Last year, there was the rash of Bengals getting in trouble, so the numbers may not be higher, just the focus and suspensions. :kicksrock:

Actually, most of the 4 game suspensions are drug/supplement abuse related and have nothing to do with Goodell and his image upgrading.

I believe that the only suspensions related to Goodell at this time are:

A Jones

C Henry

T Johnson

All of the rest are under the substance abuse guidelines.
