this is not a "who do i start question". i'm looking for a WR to replace my apparently severely injured colston. anybody think that after his big game last week (6-128/1 TD) matt jones is ready to step into the limelight? jax really needs a guy who can hang onto the ball, as they lead the league in dropped passes. jones had early potential but got injured and re-habbed slowly. other alternatives with decent match-ups this week are bryant-sf, cotchery-nyj, bennett-tenn, or gonzalez-kc (but i don't like the balt match-up).

since i don't have ANY of these guys it seems hard to start one. thought maybe somebody had some background info or opinions on the value of matt jones.

Your guess is as good as any for now. He's one of the hit or miss players, worth gambling on IMO if desperate, but if you have a consistent producer, start him.

if you didn't own any of the other guys why would you mention them specifically?

maybe i'm missing something.

in the meantime.. I'm starting Thunder Matt b/c I believe that Garrard had an opportunity to see what the kid can do with the ball in his hands
