Seems like a lot less activity here than in the past. I haven't looked at any kind of metric other than a quick glance at the number of users online. FWIW, just now there were 556 users online in the last 30 minutes versus a record of over 15k.

actually the funny is funnier over there. you dont have to tip toe around the mods to crack a joke, you can just say what you want.

its more in those clutch moments of humor. something crudely laughable will happen in the real world and it takes three pages alluding to the funny before someone has the balls to say it here.

Just about every thread you can see the same person show up just to wring the life out of the discussion and make it all about him.

It's no longer a free for all...it's just one big ### board to discuss his dementia.

So I could see where most people just say screw it...what's the sense of posting what I think...This guy is just gonna come in and make it all about him and his thoughts on race, religion and politics.

There are a handful of very active boards out there but they are places that would probably not appeal to the fbg demographic. The Misc Forum, The Main Board, and the OT at Tigerdroppings are all busy places. I don't ever go to the first 2 but the OT is great, non stop threads by mostly Gumps and Coonasses debating whether or not something is trashy, making fun of SJWs, and Would You Hit It ratings on teachers caught sleeping with their students.

This is an unpopular opinion among the few that frequent here anymore, but the political topics that are now part of the sub-forum sort of propped this forum up in their own way.

I don't see too much decline in the volume of posts in the main forum.
