I'm thinking AD is tired of playing second fiddle to Michael Turner. He wants that rushing crown and he's going to take out his frustration on a mediocre NO rush defense on Monday Night.

The hammy seems ok and there hasn't been any news of it getting worse so I can only assume it's gotten better. Not that it matters since AD can run for 200+ with only one Hammy.

Gus cannot carry this offense. It's time Chili lets AD do his thing. Even if they get down big there's no way Gus is leading this team in a comeback. Gotta feed AD the rock if you want to win Chili.

25/150/2 sounds about right...As his floor... :lmao:

30/225/3 sounds a bit more reasonable? I'm sure there will be some doubters (just like last year).

I'm all in. Who's with me? :thumbup:

 
Yesterday I would have said 100 and score is likely, but today after hearing Sed Ellis is out... 200 and 2 scores is the floor.

Who is this "AD" person? There's nobody on the Vikings with those initials. :lmao:
 
Can I formally request that heretofore Mr. Peterson be referred to by his blogger-appointed nickname, Purple Jesus? It is vastly superior to this All Day business.

Adrian Peterson = All Day

Chester Taylor = All Night

Sorry chief...Us Sooners inherited that nickname as well. You'll have to go back to his time in grade school @ Palestine, TX to find the source of the nickname Adrian "All Day" Peterson.Pretty sure he got that nickname in Pop Warner football actually. :(

 
Do the Vickings still run when they are down by 3 TD's?

The Vikings are a good defense against the run but the problem is the Saints prefer to pass and do so effectively. I think the Saints open up a big lead.

Possible, I suppose. Let's just hope the offense gets us up early and forces Frerotte to throw.

Is it too much to ask you and those like you to stop with this shtick every time someone calls Adriane Peterson AD? I mean, sure his initials are AP, but surely you can figure out the subject matter from the posts contained within the thread? And let's face it, you know who AD is, don't you? C'mon, admit it you funny little fellows. It's been almost 2 years now for gods sake. I have no vested interest in what we call the purple Jesus (who you ask? quite...), but when I'm enjoying a thread regarding him, I don't need to read the same 'knock, knock' joke every time. This is a overhyping Adrian Peterson thread. If you're not jumping on this train or making exaggerated projections please go elsewhere. Us simple minded Norman folk would like to enjoy our only worthwhile Sooner playing in the NFL without trolls in our threads. Its really hard to cheer for suspended defensive tackles and overrated-horse-collaring safetys so PLEASE let us enjoy the only worthwhile offensive player we've had since Billy Sims. TIA

In all seriousness, who doesn't like AP vs NO? I think there is a bit of overhype here because NO D is a little underrated imo, but I certainly think 150/1 is realistic with Sedrik on the bench.

 
Bush will not be outdone on MNF. I foresee both players having monster games -- something on the order of 300 total yards and 4-5 TDs b/w the two of them.

seriously.. the saints have heard of him before... this is Alison, Wade and Shianco's opportunity in my opinion...

Fujita and Vilma will be focused on ADP... he gets a TD and maybe 100...

I need 30 between him and Shianco... not convinced it's happening...

So had the Titans, Panthers. and PackersWith Mt McKinnie back he's going to roll the Saints. Fujita stopping AD has me rofl.. They do not have the personell to stop the Vikings run game.....Hell, they have not did a good job vs the run this year even with Ellis there.edit to add I see 160 and a td

I believe the Saints game plan will be to score a lot and fast from the air..since they know they can't run against Vikings.

This will make the Vikings try to catchup and stop the running by AD (some).
