I’m not a big Jackson Browne fan, but I fondly recall hanging out in a small bar in LA in the late 90s with a group of people, when Browne randomly walked in, and maybe 15 minutes later started jamming with the house band that was playing there that night. There were maybe 25 people in the bar total. Such a cool experience.

Load Out/Stay was my pick but it could have been Somebody’s Baby or Running on Empty too.

I met JB and Daryl Hannah almost 40 years ago at a benefit show right after Splash came out. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but TBH, she was a lot more memorable.

You can do a search for Daryl Hannah and Jackson, and find some details.

It's all been vague for a long time, and I always thought he beat her, till I actually read about it.

The only thing clear, is that it's all unclear. Far as I know, Hannah never said he beat her. There was an incident (when she went to move out after leaving him for JFK Jr) but I don't think she ever accused him.
