He grabbed his number. How is that a horse collar?
The announcer agrees with the call. Although He didn't break any rules. Now he just called it a horse tackle, left out the collar part of it.

I think the verbiage of the penalty includes the shoulder area not just the back of the collar.
Does it include the back because that's where he grabbed him. It was just unlucky his leg was caught underneath him.

15:Horse-Collar Tackle.
No player shall grab the inside collar of the back or the side of the shoulder pads or jersey
pads or jersey, and pull the runner toward the ground.
This does not apply to a runner who is in the tackle box or to aq uarterback who is in the pocket.
Note: It is not necessary for a player to pull the runner completely to the ground in order for the act to be illegal. If his knees are buckled by the action, it is a foul, even if the runner is not pulled completely to the ground.
Penalty: For a Horse-Collar Tackle: Loss of 15 yards and an automatic first down.

Jags are much better than I thought but the Eagles look really bad in almost every facet of the game. It's only game 1 though so no need to panic eagles fans

I thought the Jags would be a better team than most thought. But didnt see this coming at all.

Is their D playing as well as it appears?

I thought Foles would suck... but I didn't think he'd be this bad. This is the friggin' Jags for Christ sakes!

 picked up hurns last week

:( started maclin and Cooper

Don't want to lose a close game here. Would rather be blown out and have Chip angry as #### for the rest of the season.

Insult to injury, ESPN stat trackers ####ting the bed atm, have the Eagles def at 17 points allowed, but with 30 fantasy points lol.

Has the NFL already figured Chip Kelly out?
More like Chip's system needs quick decisions and a clean pocket. Foles has been indecisive and the Jags have been getting penetration.

Would like to see all-22 to see if he's just missing open recvrs or what.
