Jamaal Charles Thread: Hall of Famer? (2 Viewers)

Andy Reid Limiting Chiefs by Relying More on Scheme Than Talent
You bitter Eagles fans are a hoot.

"Reid Winning Despite Lack of Talent via Schemes"
Hmmm, how do you get that that's written by an Eagles fan?

By Christopher Hansen, AFC West Lead Writer

And I've seen several comments by KC fans ready to run Reid out of town if they don't win this week. Heck, after week 2 the KC writers had already written off this season. KC fans are bitter. And plenty of them are complaining that they pass too much.

Stat line for Sunday with the chiefs fighting for their playoff lives, at home vs a team they were embarrassed by on national TV a couple weeks ago.

25-180-2 with 7-88-2. Chiefs win 38-3.

The 5% of people who started Knile Davis in Yahoo fantasy must be pretty darn happy. lol
Pretty sure every one of them who started him was in the consolation bracket.
Started him next to Charles (thank God). However, also left Hill on the bench, and Mason, to do so.
I don't care how it turned out as it's easy to brag if it goes your way, but If you started Davis over Hill this week, you are not a smart fantasy player.

Any poker player can go all in with a 2 7 and once in a blue moon hit his cards, but it still makes him a bad player.

Davis will probably jump into the top 25 of RB fantasy points for the season after this performance.

Reports of him having a massive workload today and then this crap? At least give us some garbage points right now Andy.

How nice to be sitting in the exact same chair last year watching Charles score 5 fuggin' times against me and now here I am this year same exact game only now I have Charles and this is the result.

We are like flys unto the Fantasy Gods; they smite us merely.

Rotoworld:

Jamaal Charles rushed 12 times for 52 yards in the Chiefs' Week 15 blowout of the Raiders.

Charles took a big hit inside the five late in the third quarter. He was cleared of a concussion on the sidelines, but only saw one more snap in a game the Chiefs were winning comfortably. Charles did not appear to be limited by his ankle and knee woes, but he failed to reach 100 yards or score a touchdown for the first time since Week 5. Charles will be a high-end starting option against the Steelers next week.

So he was cleared of a concussion but didn't play anymore? And he didn't reinjure his leg or ankle? Would love to hear who's call it was to sit out the 4th quarter.

Game was in hand. I get that. What I don't get is the 8 carries up to that point.

Dude, it was a blowout game and the Chiefs have a competent backup. It amazes me how many people around here think from a fantasy, rather than an NFL perspective.

Seriously, the Chiefs don't give a #### about the fantasy playoffs. No need to risk Charles getting his bell rung again in a blowout when you have a competent backup. That's why they spent a relatively high pick on Davis.

If he re-injured his leg, or was gimpy, I could understand it. But concussions aren't like that. You either have one or you don't. And getting your bell rung doesn't mean you are more prone to getting a concussion, does it?

It doesn't matter anyway. For most JC owners the season is over. But according to Rotoworld he's a great play next week LOL.

He got his bell rang...came back for a series...then I think Kelce scored the TD to put them up nicely and he rode the pine.

Sucks to see the pretty girl that brought you to the dance leave with a fat dude that looks like the Quaker oats guy.
