Jamal Lewis Owners (1 Viewer)

I'm hoping for a TD. I will let the yards come whatever way they come. I really wanted to start A. Green over him but doesn't look like that will happen.

I thought like this last week before the CLE game and he disappointed. Traded him for R. Moss on Tuesday. I'd rather wait on Addai or Maroney in the short term and play Moss instead. Lewis just does not seem to have the big play in him anymore. Good luck though, BAL has a tough stretch of games coming up.

Just joined the Jamal bandwagon :climbsaboard:

Count me in for some mojo, 80 and a score will help the cause w/ both my starters on a bye.

Oh HELL no. I traded Lewis for Ben Watson last week after watching Jamal plod through two games. The guy looks tired. I see about 50 yards and no TDs for Lewis this week.

You're thinking of heroin. Cocaine lets you make GOOD decisions - like trading away slow RBs.

Wish I was that confident. I am hoping he gets maybe a TD. In my opinion, Lewis looks rates about the same as any goalline back. He won't get many yards, but he will get the touches in the red zone.

You'd think. But vs. Oakland, Jamal helped Balt get down to the red zone, and Musa Smith saw two goalline touches

HELL NO!!!! I won't make that same mistake again...

Start Jamal over Westbrook because he is playing Oakland they say.....he'll have a huge game. Start Jamal over Westbrook because he is playing Cleveland they say say..... he'll run all over him.

If he isn't tearing the likes of Oakland and Cleveland a new one, he won't do anything against the Chargers.
:goodposting: I have the guy and it seems like he's lost something. It's only week 4 though, so I could be wrong. BAL will generally win with the ground game and defense, although they'll get crushed today.

I think Rivers receives an education today...

Thats funny because I did the same thing you did. i just dont see him getting better opportunities this year and I traded him and Musa Smith for Moss, Stallworth and D Clark

I don't think Jamal Lewis has been running poorly this year. He has a nice average around 4 yards per carry. The problem is....he is a running back that needs 25 - 30 carries a game. Getting that many carries, he can seriously wear down a defense because of his size and style of running. The most carries he has gotten so far in a game is 21. And thinking back to last week, the play calling is TERRIBLE. I remember several situations where Jamal ran for 5 yards on 1st down and then Balt. decided to pass on 2nd and 3rd down leading to a punt. Another time had Jamal run for 13 or so yards and then Balt. threw the next 3 downs and punted. All I'm saying is that if they give him the rock, he will produce alot more for all his owners.

Could be a mistake but I benched him today for Jordan. :loco:

He just hasn't impressed me so far. He shows flashes then nothing.

Willie

San Diego is way to good on run D for Lewis to get to 100 yards. He may punch in a score this week but there is no way he gets to 100 yards.

benching him to start maroney. taking a shot against the bengals defense--they can't stop the run.
Doing the exact same thing. Best of luck to you. I'm even starting Isaac Bruce in my other flex spot, I need Lewis to show me something before I start him with confidence.

Lewis 235 rushing yards

Tomlinson 205 rushing yards

Lewis is good for 70-80 yards with the possibility of a TD or two.
