Jared from Subway got what he deserved (2 Viewers)

Yesterday a guy in front of me asked the sandwich maker to put the meat on top of the veggies like they show in the commercials. She was like :goodposting: , he said that his sammich didn't look like the one on TV.
I've never noticed that. Whoa.
Then they're doing it wrong. The way the sandwiches are taught to be made puts the veggies on the bottom half the meat on the top half and when you close the sandwich the meats sitting on top of the veggies.
Killer sandwich after the fold.

I heard he ran in the New York City marathon. I wished he would've gotten hit by a car, but he actually finished. :goodposting:

Why? That seems really shallow of you.I say good for him. More people should follow his lead.
If you have to ask...
You're dodging. Answer the question. What is your problem with Jared? Is it that he is overexposed? I can see that. But the guy managed an admirable accomplishment and, even more impressively, turned it into a career. He deserves kudos not derision.

Here's the thing I have always wondered about Jared. He is 33 years old and has been with subway since he was 22-23. I am sure he has made a lot of money due to this, but I looked him on on Wiki and it tells nothing of an alternative career. If Subway decides to drop him (which they once did and it coincided with a 10% drop in sales), what does this guy do? No clue how much he has made, but I imagine being 36 years old and literally having no skills that translate into a real job. At first, I thought, well maybe he becomes a local, on-air reporter, but he really isn't compelling in person (just his story).

I have no idea how much he has made either but it probably falls somewhere between a fortune and a massive fortune. Barring a serious cocaine habit I think he's covered if they drop him.

He gives speeches and gets paid for them.

He's probably better positioned for long term financial viability than the Kardashian sisters

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that he'll live well if they drop him.

This guy and those stupid jewelery store commercials are absolutely killing my name for future generations. Then number of children being named Jared has to be dropping precipitously because no one wants to associate their kid with either "the Subway guy" or "he went to Jared" commercials.I will never go to the Jared jewelery stores because of those ridiculous commercials. Also, I'd boycott Subway, but I can't beat a meatball sub for $5.
:lmao: HELLO EXACTLY!

Haven't seen Jared lately. Maybe he's dead.
Maybe flap killed him.
He's definitely been gone awhile. I think they finally put him out to pasture.
He was pimping sandwiches at a WWE event a couple months back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3vlmVg0OMg
That has to be one of the worst things I've ever watched, fits in perfectly with those mindless freaks in WWE. That...was...HORRIBLE! :X

I'm "hate'n on a brotha" because he's a creep that rubs me the wrong way. I'm not fat.

Get ready for JARED OVERLOAD during the Super Bowl tomorrow. Evidently they have shot multiple commercials to celebrate the fact that Jared has managed to stay under 300 lbs. for 15 years now by eating only delicious Subway products.

Let's be honest, not exactly shooting for the moon here, are we Jared?

That's all he eats? He's probably bulimic from their food so he can keep the weight off. Creep.

He eats regular food too. Back in college when I was waiting tables, Jared was in town for a Subway event. He had dinner at the restaurant where I worked and I waited on him. He ordered a filet for dinner.

Right place right time--and made it work for him. cool.

I'd rather discuss/watch RN's enormous member gagging women, than seeing another Jared commercial. :X

What accomplishment was that? Getting obese by being a pig and then becoming a hero to the people for doing the Jenny Craig? I think you need to choose your heroes a little better, guy. :bye:
