IF you were 100% innocent wouldn't you assume that very shortly your people would at the very least be issuing a statement in no uncertain terms saying that you have nothing to do with anything being investigated? I went to a Bachelor party one night and two guys took a girl into the bedroom. Fine whatever. Later I had to pee, I go to the bathroom and hear her screaming no, stop, and help. well, reading the Business Insider article (and not the TMZ article) the FBI doesn't have the actual texts. They have an affidavit from a franchise owner saying what the texts between her and Jared. The affidavit was filled out by the franchise owner 7 years ago as part of a complaint about Jared filed with Subway. The article also mentions the age of consent in Indiana is 16.

It might be a good piece of supporting evidence, but it's no smoking gun.

The affidavit was filled out by the franchise owner 7 years ago as part of a complaint about Jared filed with Subway. The article also mentions the age of consent in Indiana is 16.It might be a good piece of supporting evidence, but it's no smoking gun.

Supporting evidence of what? If they don't have photos of underage girls on his computer then they have nothing.

Is it normal to plea before being charged? (AFAIK he hasn't been charged)
