Jets at Titans (1 Viewer)

Footballguys.com just posted on its Facebook page: "This Jets team might be the strongest argument I can think of against increasing the number of teams in the playoffs."

I bought tickets to next week's game for my brother as a birthday present back in early November. I'm a terrible brother :bag:

Trying to sell 'em and go to NBA game instead. Any takers? I will pay YOU!

did Dilfer just blame Tebow in a round about way
Putting in Tebow, yes. Because he's a moron. Putting in Tebow for a few snaps disrupted Sanchez' rythym, because he's only been their starter for four seasons through a complete lack of progression and even to regression. Yeah, THAT'S why Sanchez turned the ball over 5 times.Dilfer is a worse analyst than he was a QB. And being that I endured being a Bucs fan in the 90's, that's really saying something, because he was an awful QB. He lost his job to Shaun King for Christ's sake!

Met Life stadium next week will be awesome if Sanchez steps on the field of play - they should move it to an 8AM start so the fans can't be that drunk. It would be great if it snowed.

Anyone hear from Fireman Ed?

ROFL THIS IS HILARIOUS I AM SO GLAD I KEPT WATCHING
What happened? I turned it off.
Stopped the Titans after the pick, forced a 19 yard shank punt from their own endzone. Had the ball on the 25, first snap was low but catchable. Sanchize got both hands on it but he let it hit the ground or squeezed too hard or something and it popped out, RB coming in front of him kicked it to the side and the Titans fell on it. Tirico and Gruden apoplectic.

Steve Young has to be ready to rip his ears off. Imagine being a HOF QB and listening to Dilfer break anything down.
yea.. since Steve Young is that smart
He has a law degree, while also having the benefit of being a HOF QB. Yes, he's "that smart".
to bad that law degree has nothing to do with evaluating QBs... BTW.. I graduated from a superior school but Im not gloating about it. :rolleyes:Let me know what steve young has said that isnt simple QB BS.

Sure, we'll go with Trent Dilfer knowing more about critiquing QB play than Steve Young...because you think so, despite the fact that it goes against everything we know about both of them. ESPN is selling Trent Dilfer as a QB expert, and despite the fact that he's a total airbag 80% of the time, you're buying it. They're doing a good job I guess. Not sure what your education and lack of gloating about it has to do with anything, since Steve Young didn't mention his education, I did, in response to you saying he's not "that smart". Which would seem to be a question of basic intelligence (law degree) or football intelligence (HOF QB).

Exactly. How would putting Tebow in for one series be any different from Tennessee sustaining a long drive that kept Sanchez on the sideline? These analysts try to create controversy where none exists. If you want to say putting in tebow was a mistake, because he kind of sucks, that's fine - but trying to blame Sanchez' struggles on an extra 10 minutes on the sideline is a joke.

Saw some of Dilfer's rage on higlights this morning ... dude DEFINITELY bet the entire Christmas/Holiday bonus on the J-E-T-S last night.

Bank.

was drunk rambling like an idiot but my knock on Steve Young is that he reads way to deep into things it seems. I realize that it's television and both are put on the air to talk about whatever but Young makes things seem more complicated than they really are.I like Dilfer more I suppose but I dont necessarily think Dilfer "knows" more
