Right now for her, that is a big hurdle. In FL, she walks free. Also, I think it's all or nothing in FL. If you try for 1st degree with DP, you either get it or the person walks. Could be wrong though.

Everyone interested in this case, note that this is the second time I've heard the juror with the colorful hair looks to be leaning toward the defense with her body language. Apparently today she nodded when the dv chic was describing how abused people react to things that us on the outside would view as "abnormal."
I'm changing my prediction to hung jury.
Also why do the defense team all match in clothing these days??? Yesterday Kirk, Jennifer and Jodi were all wearing white. Today it's black.

Listening to those "observers" for about half an hour today cost me a few IQ points. How do those morons have jobs thinking or speaking about anything? It's probably the absolute worst network persoanlity mix I've ever seen. Unwatchable.
Juan hasn't gotten at this lady yet though.

Funny site! Jane and Nancy are hard to watch. The only thing I like about Jane is her Rico rescue where once a week they feature a dog about to be killed in a shelter and ask for someone to adopt it. I like Dr Drew, especially at the end when he has his own 2 "jurors" comment on what they saw in there. I also like HLN after dark where they present a piece of the jodi case to a mock jury and come up with a verdict. So court cancelled today. No one knows for sure but could be because Jodi was feeling ill yesterday. She gets a meal at 7 am then nothing until 7 pm per jail orders.
I think it's cute that folks are treating Juan like a rock star with wanting autographs and getting compliments from folks about how hard he works for justice to be served. He says he's never had a case quite like this even though he's done big cases before.
They say he gets paid peanuts working for the state but his passion for justice is what keeps him going at 100 mph.
The defense attorneys on the otherhand, well they need to be escorted out of the courthouse. Seems they get death threats.

I believe absolutely it could. If it was found to be true and several jurors (7+, just an example) did see it. Can a mistrial occur in the middle of the case? What would happen if it did? There are also now reports that he (Juan) was seen/overheard at dinner discussing the case with whomever he was dining with. I wonder if those can be substantiated.

. I'm guessing because it could be viewed as possible juror bias if one or more saw this. This may lead them to think wow, he's good so maybe he's right or something. Rayderr, they showed it on tv, him signing a cane and taking pics with his admirers.No court on Fridays so we sit until Mon to see where it goes now. The lawyers following this case and giving their opinions on HLN think it's not considered prosecutor misconduct. Also, don't know if this is big or not for defense, but dv chic says she saw an email from a friend of travis advising jodi to leave, that travis has been abusive to other gf's in past. 
Oh wow. Juan did not want to hear that. Court went dark after that to review whether the jurors saw Juan outside of court.

Motion filed by defense for mistrial! Juror 5 apparently has said things to other juror(s): (juror misconduct). 
They say mistrial long shot since trial gone on so long and is only used if absolute no remedy. Judge may talk to each juror. Maybe they'll just get rid of #5 (who is that multicolored hair) and use an alternate. 
Guess we'll see tomorrow..
ETA: I'd be real pissed if it's a mistrial. After all this time and pain staking testimony, not to mention, over $1 mil of tax payers $ spent so far!

It's not going to be a mistrial. They are grasping at straws. They have six alternates, so if anything happens they will just dismiss the juror(s) in question and move on. AZ has victim's rights. Travis's siblings are in chambers with attorneys and Jodi. They have a right to know what's coming down/going on. If I were them in the same chamber as Jodi, I'd need to be in restraints!
