The Sporting News reports Brad Johnson will start for the Cowboys Sunday against the Rams.Jerry Jones made the announcement to a throng of reporters Saturday. Tony Romo will be active for the game, but the Cowboys don't want to risk further injury to his broken pinkie. Romo owners who have handcuffed Johnson need to make the lineup switch.
