Jury duty question. UPDATE (1 Viewer)

I got my second summons to appear tomorrow at the Bronx Supreme Court.

i do not have the original mail with the section I have to fill out because I do not live at my current mailing address so a family member texted me photos of the summons.

what will happen if I appear without the physical summons? Will they have the correct paperwork for me to fill out or will I have to wait for another in the mail?

id rather not take a day off just to have to come back but I can't reach anyone for help at the court hotline

Got called for federal jury duty down in trenton. Couldn't schedule any appointments for these 2 weeks (or really the 2 weeks prior, as I couldn't afford to be out of the office with the uncertainty ).

Called every night. Never had to go in. You're welcome for my service.
