My guess is that he's a homer speculating that since Smith as played SLB in the past when the other linebacker was more of a Will type player that the same may happen with Durant. Went searching for confirmation one way or the other last night and this morning and haven't seen anything yet. Might be how it's played out unless they gave Durant enough snaps at SLB this week to get comfortable.
