Kenny Watson -RB CIN (1 Viewer)

I was thinking about Cincy and with Perry always being nicked up and Rudi (for the record i like they guy) has that doesn't practice on Wed. always probable thing going, what happens if they both are down? After checking their Depth Chart Watson is listed as 3rd.

I know little about Watson and was wondering if anyone could offer any insight. If he would get a shot is he worth a spot on a dynasty roster? Would Cincy make a trade and this become a mot point?

Thanks in advance.

i don't know... i think he's pretty old isn't he?... anyway, i saw him when the Bungles played GB last monday and he looked totally inept on 3rd downs... he dropped a couple of passes that were right on the money from Palmer

Honestly don't know much about Watson but listening to the Bengals broadcast on Sirius the other night their guys elluded to "Perry likely going on the PUP" and also said Watson was not built to carry the full-load like Rudi. And if something were to happen to Rudi, Quincy Wilson would step into the #1 spot

Watson actually played a lot of WR at Penn St .

thanksi completely missed that thread

I thought he looked pretty solid a few years back with the Redskins, when he and Betts were battling for the #1 gig under Spurrier.

Surprised he never really did much thereafter.

Kenny watson looked slow when he got in the clear on that screen on Monday Night........he's not all that powerful, so he should have the speed and it didn't look like it.

He's been off and on my dynasty roster for years. He looked great in Washington, but has been used very little in Cinci. I'd say he's worth a spot since they have such a great offense, but it's hard to imagine we'll ever get more than a spot start out of him.

He was a converted WR who got his first shot with Spurrier in Washington (where Lewis was exposed to him). He's a nice role player but nothing more. I think he's essentially Cincy's version of Kevin Faulk.
