Since Favre entered the scene Coles was sidelined by injury in the preseason and after last week has lifted his boycott of the media. With a couple weeks in now working to establish more of a presence on the field timing, routes, and rapport he would have to produce eventually, no? Like mentioned in other threads regarding the Denver passing game among others, not all balls can be thrown and caught by Cotchery. Any homers w/ practice insight??

Coles will get his share of targets, as will Keller, Stuckey, Smith, Jones and Leon out of the backfield. Favre has obviously been around long enough to know how the spread the ball around.

That said, Favre seems to have developed a chemistry with Cotchery (Driver-lite?) that he didn't with Coles, just as Pennington did with Coles. That's to be expected when they've taken a lot of reps together. Coles' targets will almost certainly increase, but I'm also concerned that injuries and wear-and-tear are starting to catch up to him.
