He is getting tons of tackles on the pass receptions he is giving up.
The Ravens run D has been dominant so far (45 carries/140 yards/3.1 ypc) so teams have gone to the air and Webb has benefited with tackles.

Return Yardage Note: David Reed is out for 3 weeks. Webb took over KR for Reed when he was suspended week 1. Could get the job back with Reed out again. Unclear though as Webb wasn't supposed to be a starting CB in week 1. Injuries forced him into the role and they may well want to lighten his load in the return game.
Webb should be useful as a CB regardless of returns until the rookie Jimmy Smith (high ankle sprain?) gets healthy.

That is usually good and bad for the CB....short term good (get him for the short term) Long term is usually bad since the Ravens (or any other team) will eventually pull a CB that is not effective and try something else even in desperation.
