That he's....In the best crowd impersonation...."Overrated!" *clap* *clap* *clap, clap, clap* "Overrated!" *clap* *clap* *clap, clap, clap*

Let's discuss - KC and their offense, especially their running game looks awful. Herm Edwards will destroy this fantasy RB point getting powerhouse, if he hasn't already! I think LJ will still put up decent numbers, but anyone who is taking him at the top of a re-draft will be able to blame LJ's performance as the reason why they didn't win it all! When you draft a guy top 1-3, he's got to perform...period.

Make what you want of it....with the all the hype, he's OVERRATED!

 
You could make a case that ANY player ranked #1 is overated. Those are lofty expectations to achieve,but Johnson is a solid top pick. Edwards will not "ruin" his fantasy value,in New York Curtis Martin did quite well under Herm. He'll be the same "run first" coach he always was.

Did Herm have a hodge podge OL in NY? Would seem that has more affect on production, so...since Herm is so predictable and the only other real skilled player is Gonzo, will be pretty llining up and T'ing off on KC.
 
Tomlinson is going to be terrible this season too. Not only do they have a different QB, but Tomlinson doesn't even have a single rushing yard this preseason!!

You dont know much do you?KC still has the best interior line in the league. Water, Shields and Wiegman are all pro-bowlers

... based on what? based on larry's success at the college level (2000 yd season)?

based on larry's numbers in limited action the past 2 seasons?

based on larry's numbers with and without roaf in the lineup in '05?

based on KC still having the most dominant O tackles in the league?

based on larry running almost strictly between the tackles?

based on larry being a PPR stud on top of his running ability?

yeah, he's definitely overrated.........

 
i really think in all league with the more casual fantasy players, that LJ is the undisputed #1 for them cause of his finish last season, but the negatives are just adding up making him to much a risk for me, I'd rather go with LT and have a top RB locked up. you can certainly lose yur league with the first pick
