Of course I know my stuff to a degree. But thats why we have Football Guys website and the forums. To get 2nd opinions when you have dilemmas. Why are you on Footballguys and on this forum if YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF THEN. Isn't that the whole point of researching and reading information.?? Plus I never said I knew all my stuff. Hoss how is that a no brainer when the Browns have a horrible run defense? How much will they (Steelers) really need to pass. All signs for me pointed to Maclin. He is a favorite target for Vick. Miami has a really good run defense and pretty decent pass defense. But you can throw on them better then you can run on them. So seems pretty much like a dilemma to me. Which is why I asked for Sigs opinion. Anyway I'm sorry I started this damn thread. Didn't realize it would have people going off like this. Sheesh!!!

Totally reacting here without motivation: You don't need to 'know your stuff' to enjoy this game. I'm walking a coworker through his first league and both he and I are having a blast at it! I would say he's pretty well up to speed now but this season has been his startup.

Bloom is one of the best. When I've been on the fence between two players, he's been my go-to guy and he's right more often than not. Keep up the good work!

This isn't meant to slight Bloom in anyway, because I agree he knows his stuff but that was a no brainer. Ingram isn't even playing and Maclin is coming off a hamstring and shoulder injury do there's a chance or rustiness or reinjury - and his QB is also coming off a three week layoff. Also Vontae Davis is healthy and has been one of the best CBs in the league this season (although its possible he sticks on Jackson and Seth Smith isn't all that good).

Totally agree. My hell people. I'm just giving props. Too some of you it may have been obvious, but not to everyone. I think Maclin is the Wr#1 in Philly. DeSean is just not getting to done.
