1) DJ Moore was barely blocking him. Stafford is much bigger than Moore and easily could've attempted to get rid of him. But didn't until the ball carrier was well past him, meaning it wasn't part of making a play.2) "Got a little carried away." He was being an immature baby in a blow out.
