Just sitting here but if you play this right, it could be a very cool thing. NOLA is big on community and the fact that this restaurant is looking to be more and more "community funded", I would capitalize HEAVILY on that in marketing. "BBQ By the people for the people" type of angle (not using that exactly as it's cheesy, but you get the idea.
BBQ has always been a communal foodstuff... it's a food that takes long hours to prepare. A great deal of personal detail and attention goes into it. It's generally prepared in large quantities so it almost requires a gathering for it's consumption.
I close my proposal with this one word that would make an excellent centerpiece to the investor proposal, if not the entire restaurant's philosophy....
