Agree he might be a reach but think that can be said of basically anyone left after those top handful of guys and top QBs. Once you get past the top 7 or 8, there's a big group of guys all kind of in the same tier IMO.
Dane Brugler said on twitter that there aren't 10 top-10 caliber guys in this draft, but there are 100 top-60 caliber guys. That's how I see it as well. Incredible depth this year, but kind of lacking in elite talent.
As for DE type, definitely true in the past but Bengals have said multiple times this offseason that they aren't married to the super long DEs anymore. De facto GM Duke Tobin noted how the game is changing and you need more speed off the edge and more hybrid guys. And the DC Paul Guenther has said multiple times he doesn't care if the DE is only 6'3, 260 as long as he can rush the passer.
