MFL Screwd my Draft Order (1 Viewer)

Saturday Night everything was fine... this morning; people are emailing me that they picks were moved. I checked in and sure enough, everyones draft order is messed up. Can anyone help us.

I transported the league over about 5 weeks, Set the draft order and everything was fine. Ofcourse people have since traded draft picks.

If I have to manually redo this an look up everyones trade pick trading... I will demand a discount.

I did.. and they did email me right back... saying that the problem is most likely someone taking my password and reseting something. :thumbup: They also said they will look to see when it was last changed.I hope they can fix it... it will be a huge pain to do this manually.
 
Kellys...it happened in my league about a month ago. Checked in one day, and instead of a 5 round rookie draft, our league was mysteriously set up as if it was a startup draft. Commish had to manually go in and change everything. Never really heard what happened.

Dam... ask your commish. He should of demand a discount if the product isn't working correctly.

It happened in my league, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I went to where you import future years trades, unimported it, fixed the original order, and then reimported it. Went back to what it was supposed to be.
 
I love their support and am a huge fan of them. Try again to work it out with them.

If you are displeased, try their forums. There are people on there that can help as well.

They have a rather large following of helpful people as well.

When emailing support, it's best to try and keep your emotion in check and state facts. This happenned when I did this, that happenned when I did that. Some find this hard as they're quite passionate about FF and their league.

Thank you, both of the last 2 posts.My league has made so many trades already that it is going to be difficult to retrace steps.I haven't gotten nasty w/ the help support at all. I keep it simple, I just write.. "Please Restore, Thank You".When they tell me that their product messed up and theres nothing that can be done... then I'll jump on them.
 
what do you mean please restore?

It might be difficult to undo what you did? I don't know who did what, what happenned etc. That can be a pretty tough request though

scrolling back time with an FF league is a royal pain. I wouldn't wish that upon you, support, or anyone

 
Kellysheroes - When this happened, did it also wipe out your transactions history? Reason I ask is, I just switched a league I run from Webleaguemanager to MFL. I'll be making sure I save a copy of all transactions just in case something like this ever happens again.

They want to charge $90 a yr... its not that bad of a request. "Please Fix what your software messed up"
