Seattle has a good run D yes. And it is reflected in FBG's rankings this week BUT...with no offense in Seattle I expect Atlanta could be playing with a meaningful lead for the the first time this year. That could lead to a heavy workload for Turner and that's when he excels. I expect him to really outplay his ranking this week. I would pause before sitting him for a lesser back with a better matchup.

Seattle stopped AZ with no Beanie Wells and a 3rd and 4th string RB.

They stopped Frank Gore week 1 but SF can't run the ball against anyone.

They did allow both Mendenhall and Redman to combine for 115 yds and 2 TDs rushing so there is some room for optimism.
