Now imagine he was blackVrabel is one of the good guys. I think we can all cut him a break on this, at least until all of the facts come out.
HERE WE GO!!!!!Over eight bottles of beer... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/04/04/vrabels-arrest-arose-from-eight-bottles-of-beer/
Nice shot! Me thinks you won't see this thread. Is Mike Vrabel 14?
Well, it'd be one thing if it was Hollywood casino, I live like 5 minutes from there and that's like 30 miles west of Cincy, at most. Belterra is more in the center of the state right off the river. Beats the hell out of me what he was doing in that area though.1. I had no idea there was anything in Indiana related to Switzerland.2. Casinos in Indiana - ok maybe - but southeast Indiana?3. Who know that this was an NFL destination?? Or any sort of destination? Seems like the middle of nowhere... so what's Vrabel even doing there?
He's from Ohio. The casino is 30 minutes from Cinci, and I assume is the closest gambling.1. I had no idea there was anything in Indiana related to Switzerland.2. Hollywood is 30 minutes from Cincy, Grand Vic about 45, Belterra like an hour and a half or so.He's from Ohio. The casino is 30 minutes from Cinci, and I assume is the closest gambling.1. Did you get the Favre 2nd card? Which is worth more than his 1991 Tooops Stadium Club card, which misspelled his name. The 1992 card also has Favre in a Green Bay uniform. From the article:". . .In Indiana, theft of anything, regardless of value, is a Class D felony."
Wow, glad I don't live there. Might have made my life a bit harder, being a convicted felon for shoplifting a few packs of 1992 Topps Stadium Club from Benny's when I was a kid.
Well let's face it. Stealing isn't as bad as wearing pants real low.'road warrior said:Nice shot! Me thinks you won't see this thread.'fatness said:Is Mike Vrabel 14?
Hollywood and Grand Vic are definitely much closer, but Belterra is nowhere near 1 1/2 hours away. I will go there from Dayton every once in awhile and it only takes 2 hours from here.Anyway, unless things have changed, Hollywood and Grand Vic always allowed smoking and Belterra did not. It's much nicer than any of the SW Ohio/Northern KY casinos.'r0llin_game said:Hollywood is 30 minutes from Cincy, Grand Vic about 45, Belterra like an hour and a half or so.'otis68 said:He's from Ohio. Now if he had only yelled profanities at the security officer and had to have been escorted out, then been banned from the casino...THEN the situations may have been the same.At least he has an excuse...he was likely somewhat intoxicated, and STILL managed to treat the officers with respect.Well let's face it. Oh wow, I guess it's a lot closer than what I remember. The only time I went there was when I was living down in Miami still, came up here to visit a friend that just so happened to be down in Cincy the weekend of the Colts/Bengals game when Cincy won the division in 05 and the Colts were still undefeated. I was only 20 then and had an ID and for some reason, remember this drive being much longer than it really was on SR56.Hollywood and Grand Vic are definitely much closer, but Belterra is nowhere near 1 1/2 hours away. Ironically, thats because it's closer than what it was. Seems ridiculous, but Belterra used to be a pain to get to and now they have an exit off of 71 that takes you over there. Cut down on drive time by quite a bit from Cincy/Dayton.Oh wow, I guess it's a lot closer than what I remember.
