Here comes Johnny Yen again
With the liquor and drugs
And the flesh machine
He's gonna do another striptease
Hey man where'd you get
That lotion? Your skin starts
Itching once you buy the gimmick
About something called love
Oh love love love
Mega mega white thing

6.03 - Give Him A Great Big Kiss - Shangri-Las

Simply because I love it, it has a huge influence on the bands I love, and there's a hell of a lot of refined camp here. Some of the greatest lyrics ever.

When I say I'm in love you best believe I'm in love L-U-V

Well what color are his eyes? "I don't know he's always wearing shades"

Is he a good dancer? "What do you mean is he a good dancer?"

Well how does he dance?

Close, very, very close.

25 years ago bro.  We getting old!

Are we still facebook friends?
I'll check.  I don't think you post much (neither do i)

Eta: we are :hifive: and you either post or get tagged more than I thought.  Funny how some people seem to come up in my feed a lot while others hardly ever do.

Never heard this one or really ever saw what they looked like.

Round Six - Shine On You Crazy Diamond (I-V) - Pink Floyd
When you were complaining about not finding 6+ word songs to draft this and Elderly Woman were the first two that came to mind for you, and some of what I was referring to when I said we had similar tastes and you should be fine.

We had some light snow earlier. It was 74 about three days ago. It looks like the northeast might get some blizzard like conditions.

Yeah we had a stretch here a couple weeks ago when we were teased with 65 degree weather, then 3 days later it was in the 20s with 2-3 inches of snow.  I guess we are supposed to get 5-9 inches tonight again.

Are you in Wisconsin?

May as well keep mining the classics...a little James Brown to start the day, with a nearly 15 minute blurry video but pristine sound.  Was technically released as "Papa's Got A Brand New Bag, Part 1" and the flip side as "Part II", but since the Wikipedia page has it this way, let's go with this.

6.xx - James Brown - Papa’s Got A Brand New Bag

Dammit.  I was actually writing this one up, and then switched it to Sonic Youth.  Good pick.

Time to get some bagpipes on my list.

6.02 - AC/DC, It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Want to Rock and Roll)

Was thinking about another here, but this has more words in the title, more bagpipes, and I've heard the other one a billion times so I'm pretty tired of it.

I'll link later.

I have no theme or flow as evident by this pick, but I find myself drafting the same artists every draft so I'm going to try to branch out a bit.  Plus I like this song I stumbled upon and like the title too!

The Dead South - In Hell I'll Be In Good Company

I like it. You should come to the Merlefest in NC, Hov. It's the last weekend in April every year. Thursday-Sunday. This year is the 30th Anniversary of it. A lot of NC musicians are playing it like Avett Brothers, Chatham County Line, Steep Canyon Rangers, Tift Merritt, Mandolin Orange, Del McCoury Band, Mipso, and more North Carolinians. Also Bela Fleck, James Taylor, Jerry Douglas, Leftover Salmon, Sara Jarosz, Zac Brown Band, and more.

I wanted to do some drunk posting last night but I was too drunk to press keys.  So I just laid on the couch and listened to a bunch of this ####.
