It's a little better on ESPN's regular feed (DTV 206), but still not great quality.

The sound quality is fine for me.... what I like is the quality of the braodcast. First good booth performance in 20.... maybe 30 years for a Monday night. Little schtick, good play by play, solid color commentary. This is like a throw back broadcast to the good old days.

Jaws, Mike T, and Tony are not bad and at times entertaining. I don't think I could have ever said that about a Madden commenting team or a Theiman commenting team. Overall improvement.

I haven't read the comments and don't care to because this is easy listening. Nice commentary for a change. I again muted the main crew, but I can listen to these guys.

I find the muted quality of the sound enhances my enjoyment of the game. When I want to hear what the commentators are saying, I can consciously tune in. But, when I want to pay attention to the game, I can tune them out. I cannot tune out Kornheiser's annoying and abrasive PTI voice. He intrudes on the game to an amazing extent, IMO. Adding to the throw back feel is the classy suit that Mike Nolan is wearing. The NFL should let him do it everygame, IMO. Better that than Belichicks' "garbage can chic" hacked-off sleeved NFL Licensed hoodies, IMO...

IMHO, I really like the 3 mikes. I like listening to Mike&Mike in the morning so throwing Ditka in for some "coaching" perspective was a good mix too.

Didn't listen to the whole game (East Coast), but I thought the Mikes did a good job.

I loved Kornholio when he had his radio show. I hate him on PTI or MNF. Almost as bad as listenting to Jerry Glanville annouce a game. Ugg

I like Mike and Mike...Golic and Ditka that is. Golic is a natural. He should be on the regular MNF crew in place of Cornholio. Ditka is a nice change of pace from time to time. Greenie...is annoying to look at and listen too.

I liked it very much. The chemistry and ebb and flow from the Mike and Mike carried over very well. Ditka was cool too. He is a blabbering goof, but it really reminded me of the emotion of Madden before he started losing his mind. Now Madden irritates the hell out of me, and Ditka could bring much the same thing at just the right time. Jaws works for me, but I'll take the 3 Mikes anyday over the other crew.
