I guess not..It is looking like Alexander is breaking down more by the week. What value do you see in Morris from here on in? If any?
I think his value is likely greater than SA for the rest of the year, but that isn't saying much. Holmgren is going to a 60/40 pass to run ratio going forward. FWIW I'm planning to start MM over SA this week, I expect alot of RBBC. I'm hurting at RB.It is looking like Alexander is breaking down more by the week. What value do you see in Morris from here on in? If any?

2 games he started while SA was out| 9 oak | 30 138 | 0 | 0 || 10 stl | 21 124 | 0 | 0 He didn't get in the end zone but not too shabby numbers against the "tough" Oak rush D and a soft STL team. They play SF this week I could see similar numbers as he posted in week 10 last year especially if Seattle gets up early.I grabbed him as a possible quick fix for this week. I have a hobbled Gore and seeing that they both play Monday night, I now have a guy I can insert at the last minute if Gore cannot go. Aside from that, I am not expecting big things from Morris going forward. He had a similar opportunity last year and did little with it. I believe the O-line is probably the culprit here. If you have a roster spot, go get him, but temper your expectations.
Probably not too much altough should be generally more than last week. If SA doesn't go then Weaver will spell Morris and get his few FB carries a game. And hopefully Holmgren will remember that when you only need a few feet, use the biggest back, not the smallest. Or at least let the bigger back block. Strong out means Weaver is the main FB so that limits their use of him.what about Weaver? could we see his role in the offense get any bigger?
I'm working on dealing MoMo and SA and some other stuff for Marion Barber and Lee Evans. If All Day Peterson is hurt I think I can deal Barber and a WR for him in my keeper league.I think Morris will have 22 carries for 100 yards and a td. I think them opening up the passing game can only help the run game. Teams have been loading up the box, expecting the run, and Seattle has struggled running the ball consistently. If they can hit several big pass plays, they can open up some running lanes and in upcoming games, teams will have to game plan differently by pulling LB's and DB's away from the line. On a side note, I am hoping Morris has a huge night so I can try to trade him and SA. It is brutal trying to trade SA in a dynasy right now but if Morris looks real good I can sell him as the future. (sounds good anyway)
Just wondering the same thing. Last I heard SA was supposed to be back this week, but his injuries have been pretty chronic. Any chance Morris is the guy for a couple more weeks/rest of the year?bump for general SEA RB discussion -What I saw of Morris last night was pretty underwhelming, but didn't see the whole game (not that it mattered vs the SF Pee Wees). Is SA due back this week? Any news/rumours/more thoughts on these 2 going forward (other than the obvious ie don't expect much)?
The Super Sleeper Feeling around Weaver died last night... and MoMo looked good last night.what about Weaver? could we see his role in the offense get any bigger?
