What is the punter doing snapping the ball with 13 seconds left on the play clock. They actually had a chance to take it to the 2 minute warning, if the play took long enough. But also to make sure that stoppage got burned on the next play. Yeah, it did anyway, but still should not have snapped it that soon.

And just like that, ends up giving the Rams 3, and they needed every second of it, literally.
