There was a penalty when they lined up for the FG, so they went for 2 from the 1. I think that is the correct call based on probabilities (although that doesn't take into account that the Steelers aren't very good on offense).

I didn't realize it was from the 1. Yes I agree. But from the 2, I would disagree. It was early enough in the game that there would be no reason to go for 2. They're a very bad offense.
