No link, it's what's being reported on WSCR670, a local station here.

Apparantly the injury was suffered against the Bengals. It wasn't clear whether he informed the Bears of the situation or not based on the report, but you would assume that he did.

 
Not finding anything on this after doing a search, other than the Bears indicated after the playoffs loss that he broke it in that game and still stayed in.

The reports on the radio indicate that he played most of the season with it, will be interesting to hear more as this develops.

Oh, they knew about it. Just when faced with going to the "guy with a broken hand" vs. Justin Gage, they kept feeding it to Mush...good choice.

If indeed this is true, why isn't Tags going after the Bears for not divulging injuries?
