I've been on a 5 year weight loss quest. Was 238 5 years ago, and felt terrible. Was only 31, got dizzy and light-headed, felt a few chest pains, and started losing weight.
I've been up, down, up, down, up, down since then. I

food and am a natural

. But over 5 years, I've slowly worked my way down to 206. Still..I should be 180, so I have 26 pounds to go.
My plan is to use MFP to lose 15 pounds as quickly as possible. Those last ten pounds aren't easy though. I have a buddy who is driving himself mad because he can't shed that last remaining body fat around his stomach. He looks SKINNY with clothes on, but he isn't satisfied with himself yet. I think losing those last ten pounds requires intense effort, hardly any carbs, and I think you need to accept weeks where you weight doesn't change, because it's likely a long process.
