So someone clear this up for me. Rules say no trading draft picks til the 4th round but draft slots can be traded prior to 1st round selection. Does trading the slot mean switching positions for the entire draft?

The Larry rule, even though he's not in this.

I'd consider trading my #3 for a boatload of picks if it was allowed. No interest in a straight swap of draft spots though.
