No offense taken. This is still what I have a hard time wrapping my mind around. He probably can't leave CLE again, which means he's putting the rest of his career in the hands of Dan Gilbert and the Cleveland ####### Cavaliers. If he went to Cleveland and left again in 1 year he wouldn't survive it. Might not be an exaggeration.if you are labron why not just sign a one year deal no matter where you go
I don't care how many assets they have at the moment. That's scary.
You got 2 years until Durant forms his own super team and before Davis is ready to wreck the league.
If you are going the long-term route, I don't see how you place your bet on the Cavs.
No offense, Cavs fans.
(Though, like a fat chick that hates another fat chick that lands a hot guy, I kind of hate any small market team that has some fortune shine on their ###)
You don't think Riley talked about these signings with Lebron, Wade and Bosh before they were announced?I agree there probably won't be a decision tonight, but everything seems pretty straightforward now. LeBron doesn't need to see the plan. The plan is Napier, McRoberts, and Granger. Why are people seemingly convinced Lebron makes his decision tonight? Seems to me like this is just a "show me the plan" type of meeting.

Oh, I don't think it makes sense to sign with MIA long-term. Or really even for a year.No offense taken. This is still what I have a hard time wrapping my mind around. How does hitching to the Heat for a long term plan (maybe that needs to be defined) make more sense than the Cavs?
He's left once...I think that means he can/would leave again.
Favorite players. Not a team person per se. Whoever has the most players I like on the West and East gets my rooting. It's been Spurs and Heat for a few years now. It'll still be Spurs but not sure on the East yet. It doesn't depend all on Le B for me.Thought you were such an NBA fan you have several favorite teams?Uh, I asked this a page ago, but when are the signings done?

I really don't know. Depends on where the other players on the East wind up.hey curlyknight honest question if labron goes to lceveland will you be a celevand fan now
I agree that is the preconceived idea of Euro league coaches. But that's still a big risk to take on a rookie coach for someone who is in a championship or bust mode.europe coaches are supposed to be offensive gurus so maybe you have pop part ii up there and labron is looking for a better o other than give it to labron and stand around until he does something good whcih has to wear on him take that to the bank brohans
Who the heck is runnnig the Cavs. It's not Pat Riley. Who owns the Cav's? Oh right Dan Gilbert who charred and destroyed the bridge. No offense taken. This is still what I have a hard time wrapping my mind around. LOL, that is pretty cool. If Bosh leaves, then LeBron would potentially improve his team's 1st round pick by leaving Miami. I like that angle as well. I am thinking Cleveland as well now in terms of enjoying where he goes.Just saw this on my Twitter feed: The Cavs have the Heat's first round pick in 2015 (protected 1-10 2015 and 2016, unprotected 2017).
If LeBron leaves he likely ends up playing with the draft pick he was traded for ... and the quality of that player would be greatly enhanced by LeBron's departure.
Now I really want him to go to Cleveland.

I am sure they were fine with it. They know they are not getting any sexy free agent's!! They are the core. Everyone else is a role player not a prime player. It;s all about those three and fill in the blanks with able role players. McRoberts will fit right in really well. Granger is 2MM risk so very much worth the risk for a 3 & D player if he rounds into form 2 years removed from his injuries. I believe it was a risk-less signing. He won't be asked to do more than provide 15-20 minutes of defense and hit his threes. Rashard Lewis was washed up but lit it up in the post season this past year. Why not Granger? Really why not?And what do you think their reaction was?You don't think Riley talked about these signings with Lebron, Wade and Bosh before they were announced?I agree there probably won't be a decision tonight, but everything seems pretty straightforward now. Well Spo was somewhat of an unknown commodity. And he isn't really a rookie coach. Sure he might not have coached in the NBA but I'd take him over Fisher, Kidd, or Kerr who are actually rookie coaches. And it beats Mike Brown.I'm not sure this has been discussed (if it has forgive me because I couldn't find it):
What role does the Cavs coach have in the potential return of LBJ?
I mean this is a Euroleague coach who is an unknown commodity in the NBA. Does LBJ really want to play for a rookie coach?
Or may it not matter if the pieces are right
No that would be Lebron Bosh and Wade.McBob = KEY TO CHAMPIONSHIPS, obviously. And what do you think their reaction was?You don't think Riley talked about these signings with Lebron, Wade and Bosh before they were announced?I agree there probably won't be a decision tonight, but everything seems pretty straightforward now. Sounds like moves the Cavs made when they had Lebron. The problem was they were not gifted with the Big 3 at the start. The situations reek of each other.I am sure they were fine with it. They know they are not getting any sexy free agent's!! They are the core. Everyone else is a role player not a prime player. It;s all about those three and fill in the blanks with able role players. Not garbage. But have fun watching the Spurs or the Thunder on stage again if that is the case. Only hope is Duncan somehow falls off harder than Wade but at that point, OKC would be more than happy to step in.No that would be Lebron Bosh and Wade.McBob = KEY TO CHAMPIONSHIPS, obviously. And what do you think their reaction was?You don't think Riley talked about these signings with Lebron, Wade and Bosh before they were announced?I agree there probably won't be a decision tonight, but everything seems pretty straightforward now. You are ridiculous. Everyone all of sudden thinks the Heat is garbage. Too old. Whatever. See ya in the ECF and Finals again next year.

No offense but that franchise is run like a fast food joint while Miami operates like a fine steak house. Riley delivered on his promise of rings. He delivered on getting the pieces needed around his 3 star players to win. And you know laugh all you want about McRoberts, but that was a super solid acquisition and only a piece of the puzzle around the core three. Riley get's it done. He is a fantastic NBA Executive. Lebron has considerably more confidence in his ability along with Bosh and Wade and Pat's and Spo's guidance than a complete unknown in Cleveland. It is an unknown. You have no statistical fact on your squad other than Kyrie Irving. The hope and dreams on lotto picks can go bad as history has shown over and over and over.
The East is weak enough for The Heat to again "get away" as many think with minimum vet's and other teams castaways because Riley knows how to pick the right vet's and reclamation projects for the most part (Oden and Beasly failed but Lewis and Birdman were hits), and Spo knows exactly how to plug them in around his 3 star players. Everyone's argument is Wade is not like he used to be. Same thing was said in the two title years too. Oh wade is breaking down, he is breaking down. Yeah he broke down in the second of two titles playing on one leg basically and having his knee drained every other day...but they still won it. This year they ran into a better team. Nothing is wrong with the Heat. Winning titles is very hard. You don't win them every year. But they sure as hell will be playing and contending for them the next 2-3 years if all three come back (which they will). Riley will plug holes each off-season as usual and hopefully Shabaaz develops by year two into a solid PG. For two players in their prime (Lebron and Bosh) to walk away from a team that has been in the Finals 4 straight years would be IMO the most shocking thing in NBA history. Seriously. It would be just dumbfounding. Miami is a first class franchise. One of the best over the last decade. Cleveland? Bro home is so overrated right now it is killing me LOL. Miami is Lebron's home and has been his office for the last 4 years...the light on for ya big fella. Come hand your hat here for 3-4 more years again and win another ring or two.
Again no offense and with all due respect.

I'm betting on baseball. My sources are telling me that Lebron will spin a roulette wheel: Red = Miami, Black = Cleveland, 0 or 00 and he sits out a year and does it all over again next year.
Honestly no I am not worried. It's the waiting, and reading of all the blogs and rumors and tweet's blah blah blah...I should know better because all my common sense is telling me they are all coming back no doubt's in my mind. But I would be shocked as hell if he did leave. I really would. The Heat has given him everything he wanted from day one. And he (along with Wade and Bosh) have delivered as well.Todem seems like some worry is setting in. I really don't think he's leaving either, but i wouldn't want to be a heater at the moment.
Didn't they ####can all the ticket salesman after they brought Lebron in and sold out in 2010?and it really is a family culture that Riley and Arison have built and instilled. It is very tight and very real. I am talking not just about the players I am talking about the ticket ushers,
