So, we have IDP in our league and each Unassisted Tackle is worth a point. My game ended in a tie, and I won the tiebreaker. However, when I looked at the box score I noticed that Barry Church was not credited with his tackle from kickoff coverage. So it appears the league settings do not account for tackles on special teams. However, we do credit players with points for touchdowns scored on special teams. It did not effect the outcome of the game other than I won on tie breaker as opposed ot winning outright by one point. My question, though is for those of you that use IDP do you count special team tackles into your totals?

Yes, we count special teams tackles.

For our league there is the need to specifically include ST with D scoring. We cover ourselves by also having separate written scoring rules which governs Commish ruling. If the intent is to include ST in your league but no clear language then you're the beneficiary.

Yes we include ST tackles. You take a guy to the turf ending a play, it's a tackle, period.
