look here’s a picture of Kamara’s knee down, but the ball may be over the line....shadow says yes

and look here’s a picture of the ball short of the line, but we can’t tell if his knee is down

lets just say they are at the same time....

well short of “conclusive”

Timecode. All the cameras are synced for boring technical TV reasons. It's general enough to say that every camera is synced to the same 1/60th of a second, but, in reality, they're really synced to within something like 1/3-millionth of a second. 

It's fairly simple tv technology to get both replays synced, and I know they can do it at review HQ in NY, but I don't recall seeing it shown on the broadcast like that. 

I watched ADP get a TD where it looked like he wasn’t in...replay was inconclusive, but they also had multiple angles, so I am not sure why they didn’t sync them...seeing the time stamp on the replays would help to sell it, as well...
