Best case: Carson Wentz returns to practice Mon. That's best case scenario, which means he's a close contact. That means he'd get 4 days (Mon-Thurs) to prepare for Week 1. Combined w/ 3 days of limited last week & a 1.5 days before surgery: that's 8.5 practices since end of July
