Taking the ball out of 5’s hands there was certainly a choice.

Sure it doesn’t make sense at first, but then when you realize you’re putting the ball in Marcus Mariotta’s hands, it makes even less sense

I think the RB messed up the play. He was trying to push Mariotta into the pile while Mariotta was trying to pitch it back to Daniels.

Might have been me. If it was, I'd stand by it. Daniels is a top-5 NFL player already. No disrespect to Gibbs or Sewell, but they simply can't affect games the same way a QB can. Replace Daniels with a good but not great QB, and Washington is well below .500.
