You have to actually interfere with the receiver for it to be PI, good pick up.
So stopping the WR from coming back to the ball is not interference.

Besides that how was Dez not flagged for being on the field arguing with the Refs?

NFL coaches leave boatloads of points on the field over the course of a season by not going for it in those situations. Eventually somebody with mathematical acumen is going to come in and revolutionise that part of the game.
There's gotta be tons of politics to it with traditionalist owners/GMs getting into the coach's ears. Saban/Kelly went for it on 4th down all the time in college but both turned to pansies in the NFL.

Good on Garrett for going for it there.

But they throw a flag on this crap.

Those ref's need to be fined big time.

Lol, He wasn't coming back for the ball, his momentum was all going forward. The ball hit the defender in the back, terrible throw.

Dallas had the balls to go for it on fourth down and are in position to win. Caldwell = Conservative sissy

blame for comeback, for Lions fans: 20% turnover, 20% D that's fell apart in the second half, 60% officials. Agreed? :wall:
