@AdamSchefter: NFL creating new weekly cross-flexing system for Sunday's next season in which 1 pm games on FOX can be 4 pm games on CBS and vice versa.

Pretty cool. Should be able to show better matchups nationally for people who don't have the ticket (poor souls).

They need to figure a way to save THU and MON Night Football. Those games are hardly worth watching.

They need to dump the Thursday night games. They have all been garbage -And not because of the matchups. But the quality of football has been garbage. Teams just don't seem to be as prepared due to the short weeks..

Actually the last 2 out of 3 have been pretty good.

Bengals/Dolphins was one of the better games of the season

Part of the problem is that every team gets a Thursday game and half of the teams at least are not worth watching on Sunday, never mind Thursday. Makes it very hard to have a Bears-Packers or Cowboys-Eagles type of matchup each week.
