Yea that's prolly not gonna fly but an 8:30pm local UK time would be 12:30pm on the west coast, so that does seem doable from an audience standpoint. It will feel a bit weird with the time change on their bodies, but if the SB still is played 2 weeks after Conf Championships the teams could fly out and get acclimated just after and have at least 10 days to prepare.

Players pretty much hate the coast-to-coast travel now, right? I believe the scheduler(s) try to keep those to a minimum, no? So, the issue will not go away even if the NFL had zero international games.
This is good stuff. I would have assumed offenses are underperforming internationally, but seeing it in writing is solid.
The actual travel isn't that much different when compared to an east-west coast (or vice versa) flight. USA big country, pond not too dissimilar in size, teams have near two decades of data on this sort of thing and should be able to handle any issues.
